The Skoda Superb is an excellent family car and it has been given a mid-life update with restyled front and back, new interior and new engine line-up. It will make its debut at the Shanghai Motor Show and will go on sale in UK at the end of June. The grille is wider, and the badge and headlight clusters are all new. It also features bi-xenon headlights with integrated LED running lights for the first time. There are two new metallic paint finishes, Meteor Grey and Moon White.
All Skoda Superb engines are now equipped with stop/start technology which further increases fuel efficiency. The Superb GreenLine noew gives 67.3mpg and emits just 109g/km of CO2. On the hatchback’s Twindoor tailgate, for example, there are separate buttons for opening just the bootlid or the entire rear hatch, while the latest generation of Park Assist allows both parallel parking and reverse parking in car parks.
